Maison Fernanda is more than just a stylish and welcoming B&B between the breathtaking Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts, but also the perfect spot to try your hand at preparing traditional recipes made with locally sourced ingredients in our informal home kitchen.If you’ve fallen in love with the food while vacationing in Sorrento or Positano and would like to make these same dishes at home, Fernanda will spend a day or more showing you the techniques that have been passed down through the generations. Our private cooking lessons at Maison Fernanda are inspired by Fernanda’s passion for southern Italian cuisine and hospitality, and she has years of experience preparing both local and international specialities! Handmade pasta, ripe heirloom tomatoes, regional cheeses, and fresh fish and seafood…all you need for a gourmet-level dinner from any home kitchen. Put on your apron and get ready to explore a whole new world of food…During your lesson with Fernanda, you can choose between traditional or contemporary recipes and you will prepare an entire meal together from appetizer to dessert. Afterwards, we will all sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labors during a leisurely meal in good company.
